I am still using QuickBooks 2010. I recently had my computer guy uninstall the program from one laptop and reinstall it on another for me. Immediately after the laptop was returned to me, I began having a problem related to CapsLock, but perhaps not a serious as you have experienced, but maddening in any event. More often than not, if I attempt to type a two or three letter acronym constructed from capital letters, I will immediately be kicked off the page, so that I cannot type anything on the page, unless I take the mouse and re-establish a beachhead on the face of the document, using the cursor. The computer man dropped by today, but could not suggestr a solution. He had be reboot the computer, then download all up-to-date patches, etc. It will work if I simply hold the Shift key down and type one capitol at a time. I could learn...
